30-Day Returns

We offer a 30-day hassle-free returns policy on all parts. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, or if you've ordered the wrong part, simply contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

Conditions for Returns

• Parts must be unused and in their original packaging
• Parts must not have been fitted to a vehicle
• Proof of purchase must be provided
• Electrical parts are non-returnable once opened

How to Return

Contact us at sales@qmove.uk with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a returns authorisation number and return address.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days of receiving the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method (bank transfer refund to your account).
